Biography: Gene Tyndall is a Senior Partner and a leader of Ernst & Young Global Supply Chain Practice. For more than 25 years, he has managed and implemented supply chain solutions around the world for corporations in the consumer products, high-technology, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Tyndall is also a widely published author of books, papers, and feature articles, and he is a frequent speaker/moderator at global conferences on supply chain management, operations strategy, and world trade.

Christopher Gopal is the U.S. National Director of Supply Chain and Operations Consulting for Ernst & Young. He is also part of the firm's Global Supply Chain Leadership Team. Before joining E&Y, Mr. Gopal was a vice president with Dell Computer Corporation. Altogether, he has more than 22 years experience in industry, academia, and consulting; he has worked with scores of clients in strategy, supply chain management, and information technology. He has published two books, several articles, and is a frequent speaker/panel member at various forums on supply chain management and operations.

Dr. Wolfgang Partsch is the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's European Supply Chain Management Consulting Practice, as well as Chairman of the firm's Global Supply Chain Network. In management consulting for more than 25 years, Dr. Partsch has managed worldwide consulting engagements in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and consumer products industries. He has also played a key role in the development of many innovative supply chain concepts in Europe.

Dr. John Kamauff is a Partner in Ernst & Young's Supply Chain/Operations Consulting Practice. Before joining E&Y, he led his own international management consulting firm. He has also taught sourcing and operations management at the Western Business School (Canada), the University of Virginia, the Koblenz School of Management in Germany, the IPADE in Mexico, and the IDE in Ecuador.
