Biography: Michael Shrage is a Research Associate with MIT Media Lab and a Merrill Lynch Forum Innovation Fellow. His ongoing work explores the role of prototypes and simulations in risk management and innovation. His clients have included McKinsey & Co., IBM, Procter & Gamble, NTT, Hewlett-Packard, Andersen Consulting, International Thomson, Calico Commerce, and General Motors. He writes the fortnightly "Brave New Work" column for
Fortune magazine. His last book,
No More Teams: Managing the Dynamics of Creative Collaboration, was published in 1995.
