Biography: J. Davidson Frame is professor of management science at the School of Business and Public Management (SBPM) at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he is founder and director of the International Center for Project Management Excellence, an industry-sponsored research group. He has served as director of SBPM's Program on Science, Technology, and Innovation and as chairman of the management science department. Since 1990 he has served as director of certification at the Project Management Institute. Frame has conducted training in project management for thousands of professionals worldwide, including those at NCR/AT&T, Citicorp, 3M, Fannie Mae, and many government agencies. He is author of
The New Project Management (Jossey-Bass, 1994).
